Updated 15/01/07 Special invitation to attend revision Classes at Dar-ul-Tableegh, IEB for all Edexcel students to take place on April 14. These special revision class will be conducted by Edexcel Examiner, Sr. Tabassum Bachoo. To register, contact the Madressa Principal .

Updated 15/11/06 For Sunday Nov 19 the classes will start at the earlier time of 10.00pm and end at 11.15pm. Madressa students should re-join their respective Fiqh lessons immediately after the end of the Edexcel classes. All students should convene at the portacabin at 10.00am to facilitate an on-time start of the lesson.

Updated 15/09/06 There will be classes for Sunday Sept 17 due to unavailability of a lecturer. Madressa students are expected to attend their normal Madressa classes.

The books are being provided free to all teachers that teach the subject and to the institutions that facilitate the teaching. All other teachers, parents and students can purchase a copy for only £5. The booklet of notes is accompanied by a complete set of past exam papers and marking schemes. Please see the Principal of the Madressa to purchase your copy.

Updated 09/09/06 The Islamic Education Board of the World Federation (IEB-WF) has asked us to inform you of the production of an excellent set of notes for the GCSE Islamic studies course at madaris. These notes are both helpful for students studying the subject, as well as being excellent teaching resources for the teachers .

Updated 06/09/06 Edexcel classes for Sunday September 10 will commence at the earlier time of 10:00am and end at 11:00am. All students must attend on time for the class to commence promptly.

RESULTS

Year 1 (2006) of Unit K completed with final exam results of an impressive 5 A* and 5 A's. Congratulations to all the 10 students.
Year 2 (2007) of Unit D completed with final exam results of yet an impressive 2 A*, 4A's and 1B.
